Robotics day 22- Apps we have used and voice controlled robot app.

Today I am going to be discussing the apps we have used throughout this course and the app we have created for the voice-controlled robot. The main app that we use to test the Bluetooth connection on the other robot is called ‘Arduino Bluetooth Control." This app helped us test the code by using the terminal and arrows. This app is only available on Android. Now we are going to be talking about the app I have created for the robot project. The app is designed to let you speak and process the command for the robot. The app is very simple and useful. A limitation to this robot is that it cannot do more than one command at a time. For example, turn left and then stop. Instead, the person needs to say stop by pressing the button again, which is inconvenient. The website we used to create this app, is ‘MIT app inventor’.
