Robotics day 9-The firetruck robot

During this project, I learned how to create a semi-realistic firetruck. This is because this robot uses a motorised fan instead of water to extinguish fire. This firetruck mainly relies on the light from the fire. The components used in this project are 3 IR sensors (each placed at a 30 degree angle, as shown in the picture below) and a motor fan.

The conditions for this robot are:

If the right sensor is active, the robot will turn to the right, but instead of turning on the fan immediately, the middle sensor has to be active in order for the fan to turn on. The same thing happens for the left sensor.

If none of the sensors are active, the robot will move forward.

This project is lined up with the real life firetrucks we use every day, which widens my knowledge in certain areas.
